Virginia High completed a season sweep over visiting Radford with an 8-7 win. Isaac Berry provided three RBI’s as the Beracts scattered five hits. Berry provided the game winning RBI in the bottom of the sixth with a sacrifice fly to left field. It was Berry’s second RBI sacrifice fly of the night. The opponents swapped leads a couple of times in the game in went into the sixth with the score tied at 7-7. Starting pitcher Brody Jones went four innings before giving way to reliever Bhraedon Meredith. Meredith took on the final three innings only giving up one unearned run and no hits given up.
