Virginia High is scheduled to open the 2021 season with a double-header against non-district Northwood. After not getting a chance to play the 2020 season, Virginia High will be anxious and ready to go. The abbreviated 2021 season will not allow for many mistakes. Post season play has been adjusted and teams must win to advance. In the past, some games were played for ‘Title’ only and both teams would advance but under adjusted play-off brackets, all teams must win to advance. Regular season play for the Bearcats is scheduled to go thru June 3, 2021 with District, Regional and State play-offs to follow.The full pay-off post season could possibly last thru late June for the title contenders.
