Virginia High claimed the regular season Highlands District
 Championship and an
automatic berth into the Region IV playoffs with a 10-0 win over Lee.
Hunter Greer provided the punch for the Bearcats with a three for three
night knocking three doubles and two RBI's. Greer also scored twice.
Virginia High finished up with ten hits in the five inning contest. Trey
Roark notched his forth win on the mound with a one hit showing. Zak
Messer had a two RBI double and a sacrifice fly for his third RBI.
Virginia High will close out the regular season with a home game against
Highlands rival Abingdon on Friday.
